1. Service
StructCanvas provides tools for organizing business ideas, plans, budgets, dependencies, tasks, risks, evidence, and team collaboration. Private-beta features may change as reliability and customer feedback are evaluated.
2. Accounts and acceptable use
Users must provide accurate information, protect credentials, and use StructCanvas lawfully. Users may not disrupt or probe the service, bypass access or rate controls, introduce malicious material, infringe others’ rights, impersonate others, or use the service to create or distribute unlawful content.
3. User content
Users retain ownership of content they submit and grant StructCanvas only the rights needed to host, process, back up, display, export, and share it as directed. Users are responsible for permission to submit content and for selecting appropriate collaborators and share settings.
4. AI and planning information
AI output, readiness indicators, cost ranges, revenue scenarios, and recommendations are planning aids—not guarantees or professional legal, tax, accounting, investment, or financial advice. Users must independently validate assumptions, quotes, regulations, and decisions.
5. Plans and billing
Current plan limits are shown in the billing interface. Stripe-hosted Checkout and the Stripe Customer Portal handle payment and subscription management. Verified Stripe webhooks—not browser redirects—control paid access. During sandbox operation, no real charge can be made. Live pricing, renewal cadence, taxes, cancellation rights, and refund terms will be shown before a real payment.
6. Availability and changes
We work to provide a reliable service but do not promise uninterrupted or error-free operation. Features may be maintained, changed, suspended, or discontinued, with reasonable notice for material changes where practical.
7. Intellectual property and feedback
StructCanvas software, branding, interface, and documentation are protected by applicable laws. Users may not copy, resell, or reverse engineer the service except where law permits. Feedback may be used to improve the product without transferring ownership of private plan content.
8. Suspension, termination, export, and deletion
Access may be restricted for security risks, nonpayment, unlawful use, or material violations. Users can export projects and delete their account through account settings. Trash retention is intended for accidental recovery and is not a substitute for an independent backup.
9. Disclaimers and liability
No warranty, liability limit, indemnity, governing law, or dispute-resolution term is implied by this pre-launch document. Those commercial terms require owner and legal approval before live paid subscriptions are enabled.
